Lease and payment questions vary
Responsibility for costs can depend on leases, property ownership, cause of the incident, and insurance. Cleanup providers should not make legal determinations about those obligations.
Important: If there is immediate danger, an active crime scene, or a medical emergency, call 911. When law enforcement is involved, cleanup should begin only after the scene has been released.
